This is one of the few places that is creating a clear bridge of understanding that mass teachings don’t. A pathway to self-love, that radiates into the environment first. From this, I am observing small shifts of the outer environment showing love back. The rework of the body to see this clearly unfolds within these classes and the energy of these times. The practices gain empowerment within how to navigate life in a path of loving more than yesterday with hope for tomorrow. I highly recommend these classes to all that find the outer environment hard to navigate and not so kind feeling. Imagine we missed an important part of growing up. A guidance system to crawling, in a sense, beyond five senses.
